HOA Dues

The annual HOA dues is $300 per property. The total is due on or before April 1st of each year.

The use of the Highland Parc swimming pool by residents of the subdivision requires their payment of the annual dues.

Association dues are invested in landscaping, community pool, and playground expenses within the community. Expenses include electric, water/sewer/trash (pool), and maintaining the front entrance and entrance to the Meadows section, common property insurance, property taxes, detention basin maintenance, website, stationery, stamps, and other necessary miscellaneous expenses approved by the Board of Governors.

 Pay HOA Dues online. (Online payments will include a $10.55 convenience charge.) 

 Purchase an additional pool fob. (New fobs do NOT need to be purchased each year.)

 Purchase a replacement pool fob if yours is lost or stolen.
