HOA Dues

The current annual HOA dues is $300.00 per property. The total is due on or before April 1st of each year.

The following addresses are obligated to pay the annual dues per the subdivision restrictions and covenants: 213-335 Laurel Canyon and Ava Marie Place.

**The use of the Highland Parc swimming pool by residents of the subdivision requires their payment of the annual dues.** 

Association dues are invested in landscaping, community pool, and playground expenses within the community. Expenses include electric, water/sewer/trash (pool), and maintaining the front entrance and entrance to The Meadows section. Additionally, your money is budgeted for common property insurance, detention basin maintenance, stationery, stamps, and other necessary miscellaneous expenses approved by the Board of Directors. 

    2022 Budgeted Expense Summary

        Pool Expenses = $15,496

        Insurance = $1,668

        Common Grounds = $8,900

        Property Taxes (City+County) = $1,752

        Administrative Expenses = $431

            Total = $28,247

• Pay HOA Dues online.  (Online payments will include a $9.27 convenience charge.) 
• Purchase an additional pool fob. (New fobs do NOT need to be purchased each year.)
• Purchase a replacement pool fob if yours is lost or stolen.
