Updated Highland Parc Pool Rules were approved by the HOA Board in June 2021. These new rules (as seen on this page) will be posted once signs are produced.

Reminder – The Highland Parc pool may only be utilized by Highland Parc HOA Members that are in good standing with their yearly dues.

During the June 2021 HOA board meeting it was decided to install a key fob access entry lock on the pool gate. This installation has been completed and the key fobs will be distributed as dues are paid. Please see the information below concerning the new pool access key fobs. (A copy of the below information will be mailed to each resident with the 2022 Dues Statements.)
