Highland Parc Pool Rules were approved by the HOA Board and are posted on site.

Reminder – The Highland Parc pool is available only to HOA members whose annual dues are current. Please note that opting not to use the pool does not remove the obligation to pay dues.

Key fob access is required for pool entry. Key fobs will be provided renewed access as dues are paid. Please see the information below concerning the pool access key fobs. 

Time Limit: 2 hours
Max Guests: 25
 

1. Bring your own garbage bags and take your garbage with you.
2. Bring your own broom and dustpan to clean up any food on the floor (under tables etc.)
3. Put back all the pool chairs under tables and close all umbrellas
4. Do not use the pool's high-pressure hose. This is for the contractor and pool committee only.
5. Do not hang on the ropes.
6. Turn off fans and bathroom lights and close all bathroom doors if you are the last members at the pool.  If the lights are left on all night and the bathroom doors are open, then the next day the rooms will be full of bugs.
7. Please be conscious of parking for regular HOA members and have some of your guests park alongside the hill.

Note:  Reservations will not be accepted for Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day due to high residential usage.
